Shipping policy
At TealPulse Labs, our goal is to provide seamless delivery across Canada. We work closely with our global fulfillment partners to ensure your wellness tools arrive safely and as quickly as possible.
1. Processing Time
All orders are sent to our fulfillment partners for dispatch within 24 hours of placement.
Quality Control: Our partners perform a rigorous quality check and packaging process, which typically takes 2–4 business days.
2. Shipping to Canada
This refers to the time it takes for items to travel from our fulfillment center to your door.
Delivery Estimate: Most orders to major Canadian hubs (GTA, Vancouver, Montreal, Calgary) arrive within 10–14 business days.
Rural Delivery: Deliveries to rural addresses or the Territories may take slightly longer.
No Surprise Fees: We strive to ensure your order arrives without "COD" or unexpected brokerage fees. While rare, any government-imposed provincial taxes at the point of entry remain the responsibility of the customer.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a door-to-door tracking number.
Note: Please allow 2–5 business days for the carrier’s system to update with your initial tracking information.
4. Multiple Packages
To get your items to you faster, orders containing multiple products may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. There is never an extra shipping charge for this.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
TealPulse Labs is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearances. However, if your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at tealpulseLabs@gmail.com so we can investigate and find a solution for you.
