At TealPulse Labs, we stand behind the science and design of our wellness tools. If your experience isn't perfect, we are here to make it right.

1. 30-Day Happiness Guarantee

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Start a Return

To start a return, simply contact us at TealPulse Labs.

  • Note: Please do not send items back to the address on the shipping label. Returns must be authorized by our team first to ensure they reach the correct inspection center.

3. Return Shipping (Canada)

As a boutique lab, we strive to keep our prices competitive. Unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and send a replacement at no extra cost to you.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

6. Exclusions

Due to the nature of wellness and personal care items, we cannot accept returns on used personal hygiene tools or gift cards.
