We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at support@tealpulselabs.store with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
• Items returned after the 30-day window
• Items not in their original packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@tealpulselabs.store with your order number and photos. We'll resolve it promptly at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
